Evening time – Enjoy your dinner in Monopoli, a small fishing-harbor town characterized by the beautiful viewpoint on the sea with all the colorful boats that land at the small port and white houses along the center. Impressive is the Castle of Monopoli, followed by the beautiful Cathedral, the best way to savor the local atmosphere is by losing your bearings in the alleys of Monopoli by night and listening to the locals. After dinner, be ready to go back to Polignano and relax time.

In the morning, be ready to experience something truly unique, you will visit a suggestive place that will be one of the highlights of your visit to Puglia. On board with your Private Driver you will reach the Castellana Caves: ‘’Le Grotte di Castellana’’. These spectacular limestone caves are Italy’s longest natural subterranean network made of many interlinked galleries, containing an incredible range of underground caves and landscapes, with extraordinary stalactite and stalagmite formations. The itinerary goes down to about 70m of depth in a very beautiful scenario of stalactites, stalagmites, fossils and cavities.
