On the fourth day of our Italian Riviera group tour you will be taken to Carrara, home to the world-renowned marble quarries! Explore this special location on board of a 4×4 vehicle and discover the fascinating landscape while learning everything about the art of marble extraction.

After this unique tour, enjoy a tasty lunch and try the traditional Lardo di Colonnata and other local specialties! Afterward, your group will continue the day visiting the town, where it is possible to watch many marble sculptors at work in their marble workshops. Thanks to them, the marble tradition continues living!

On this day, your morning starts at Villa Alpebella, a charming and elegant property located in Tuscany, owned by the world-renowned tenor Andrea Bocelli. Here, you’ll attend an exclusive concert with a pianist and a pop-lyric singer. The blend of classical and contemporary music, paired with the villa’s elegant setting, creates an enchanting atmosphere.

Once the concert is finished, get onboard the bus to reach the second beautiful Bocelli location of the day: Alpemare Beach Club, an exclusive and elegant seaside retreat in Forte dei Marmi, nestled between the Apuan Alps and the Tyrrhenian Sea: here you will have some time to relax by the beach, enjoy local cuisine and taste fine wine. The day continues to the glamorous Portofino, the jewel of the Italian Riviera, that you will reach with a ferry: enjoy here a nice lunch in the seaside and, after a stroll, admiring the luxury yachts! After lunch, return to Santa Margherita where your bus will be waiting to take you to your hotel in La Spezia, but before that, you will stop in Levanto for dinner. Enjoy your last night in the Italian Riviera, before returning to Rome and end this wonderful week.

Buongiorno! After the check out from your hotel in La Spezia, the transfer to Rome begins. As you continue south, the scenic panorama will shift from the coastal towns first, and the hills of the Tuscan countryside later.

In order to stretch your legs and recharge, you will stop in Populonia a hidden gem on the Etruscan Coast, known for its rich history and stunning views. Here, you will visit the Archaeological Park of Baratti and Populonia, a remarkable site that offers a deep dive into ancient Etruscan and roman civilizations. You will also enjoy lunch and after that continue your journey.

The drive towards Rome continues, until you finally reach the Eternal city in the afternoon. Enjoy the evening in the city with a goodbye dinner and prepare for tomorrow’s departure.
