Transfer to Desenzano del Garda to discover Bergamo, Sirmione, and the historic Vittoriale degli Italiani, with picturesque streets, castles, and lakeside views.
Conclude with a visit to Verona, the city of Romeo and Juliet, and to the scenic Lake Iseo boat tour and a stop at a local cheese factory for authentic Parmigiano tasting. Take an early-evening walking group tour through Milan’s elegant streets, admiring the Duomo and Teatro alla Scala from the outside. End the first day of your Italian Lakes Week Group Tour with dinner at a local restaurant serving traditional Milanese specialties. This is the perfect opportunity to meet your fellow travelers and the Great Italy Tour Team while enjoying a taste of Italy’s culinary delights.
Morning transfer to Lake Como, accompanied by our Tour Leader, who will remain by your side throughout the day. Enjoy a 2-hour guided tour of the historic center of Como, followed by lunch in Bellagio with stunning lake views. After lunch, stroll through the beautiful Villa Melzi Gardens at a relaxed pace. Return to Milan in the late afternoon, with the evening at your own leisure.
Begin your 3rd day of the Italian Lakes Week Group Tour with a comfortable ride to Arona, a charming lakeside town on Lake Maggiore. Enjoy a scenic boat tour of the lake, followed by lunch by the water. Just like Lake Como, Lake Maggiore has also been the setting for distinguished films and has inspired artists from all over the world. Continue the boat tour in the afternoon, taking in the stunning views. Return to Milan in the late afternoon, with the evening free for dinner on your own. Buonanotte!
Check out from your Milan hotel and travel with your group and your Tour Leader to Bergamo for a guided tour of Bergamo Bassa. Ride the iconic funicolare up to Bergamo Alta, where you’ll enjoy lunch at leisure. In the afternoon, continue your “Italian Lakes Week Group Tour” to Desenzano del Garda and check in to your 4-star hotel on Lake Garda. End the day with a relaxing lakeside dinner featuring local Garda specialties before returning to the hotel for the night.
Today our Week Group Tour will start with a morning guided walking tour of Sirmione, including Scaliger Castle. Lunch in town, then visit Vittoriale degli Italiani in Gardone Riviera. Evening free for leisure; dinner not included.

On the last day of your Italian Lakes Week Group Tour, after exploring Milan, Lake Como, Lake Garda, and Lake Maggiore, you’ll discover one of Italy’s lesser-known yet most breathtaking lakes: Lake Iseo. Travel to Sulzano for a scenic boat tour around Lake Iseo’s islands, then enjoy free time to explore the charming villages of Monte Isola at your own pace. Return to Desenzano in the afternoon and end the day with dinner at a local restaurant.
