All of our package vacations are all-inclusive, they include:

  • A fluent English Speaking Driver who will accompany the guests throughout the duration of their service. Our driver will be able to provide the guests with informative and interesting information regarding the localities visited, monuments and history as well as more general information relating to Italian culture and tradition.
  • A suitable vehicle to be at the complete disposition of the guests throughout the duration of the vacation package or tour.
  • An authorized tour guide when required who will be able to offer informative and interesting artistic explanations within the various museums and attractions.
  • When required, the full cost of the guest’s accommodation in a 4 or 5 Stars Hotel with breakfast and city tax included.
  • The cost of meals in local restaurants/trattorias.
  • All museum and attraction tickets, as well as any additional fees for booking in advance in order to avoid queues on the day of the service.
Tour variations
  • The service providers (hotels, agritourisms, restaurants, chefs, etc.) at times mentioned in our tour itineraries are subject to change. In this unlikely event they will only be substituted by others of equal or better quality in order to avoid affecting the content of our services.
  • The itineraries cited on our website are subject to seasonal changes. Suggested activities may have to be substituted as a result of natural disasters, sudden atmospheric changes, temporary closures, striking or any other problems for which the tour organizers may not be held accountable. Other alterations may be made in order to accommodate seasonal excursions such as the September grape harvest, the October olive harvest or the truffle/mushroom harvest in the appropriate season. Any alterations made will be done so in order to improve the service on offer and will always be of equal commercial value.
Teatro del Silenzio Concert Packages:
  • Clients who intend to purchase any Bocelli Teatro Del Silenzio Packages or services must be aware that in case of Concert cancellation no refund will be applicable to the other services included in the package (such as transfer services, touring services, accommodation and restaurant services), as they will be provided by Great Italy Tour as scheduled during the booking process.
  • Teatro Del Silenzio Concert Tickets are non-refundable in case of ticket holder non-show or in case of Concert cancellation due to adverse weather conditions or other situations which may affect the performers, staff or audience. We do not guarantee that ticket holders will be informed of such cancellation before the date of the event. In case of Concert Postponement due to adverse weather conditions or other situations which may affect the performers, staff or audience, the TDS show can be recovered on the day established by the event organizer and no Tickets refund can be requested.
  • For all the packages that end on the day of the concert or the day after, if the concert slips to the following day, the extra costs for room and board or transportation will be charged to the customer.
Payment and Cancellation Policy:
  • Our client will be required to contact ourselves or our partner company via email.
  • The client will then be required to fill out a booking form that will be provided by our customer service team. This form will include the client’s own personal information.
  • In order to confirm the booking of the private tour, the customer needs to pay the 40% of the total amount through Secure NEXI payment link or wire transfer.
  • The remaining 60% of the total amount will need to be paid by 50 Days before the tour starts.
  • If the customer paid the full amount of the service (days tours/tour packages) immediately, in case of the eventual withdrawal on behalf of the client for any reason, even force majeure, no refund will be given for that service. With regards to services (days tours/ tour packages) booked for a group of people larger than ONE, if any member of the group cancels their attendance for any reason, even force majeure, after the service has been fully paid, no refund will be provided for those who cancelled their attendance.
  • If the customer paid the balance amount of the service (days tours/tour packages), in case of the eventual withdrawal on behalf of the client for any reason, even force majeure, no refund will be given for that service. With regards to the services (days tours/ tour packages) booked for a group of people larger than ONE, if any member of the group cancels their attendance for any reason, even force majeure, after the balance has been paid, no refund will be provided for those who cancelled their attendance.
  • If the customer paid the deposit of the service (days tours/tour packages), in the case of the eventual withdrawal on behalf of the client for any reason, even force majeure, before departure the customer will be charged the following percentage of the participating shares, calculated taking into consideration how many days before departure the client has notified the cancellation. This functions as a penalty fee independent from the deposit. From the day following the booking until:
  • * 50 days pre-departure 40%
  • * 49-0 days pre-departure 100%
  • It means that in case of cancellations by the customer made from the day of the booking till 50 days before the departure date, the Great Italy Tour will retain the 40% of the total amount of the package as a penalty fee. In case of cancellations made on behalf of the client, from 49 to 0 days before their departure date, the Great Italy Tour will retain the 100% of the package amount as a penalty fee.
  • If customers paid the deposit amount of the service (days tours/tour packages), referring to services booked for a group of people larger than ONE, if any member of the group cancels their attendance for any reason, even force majeure, the final balance amount will be recalculated based on the final number of guests – no refund will be provided for those who have cancelled their attendance.

  • A bus with a bus driver who will accompany the guests throughout the duration of their service. *The type of vehicle used for the service may change based on the final number of guests attending the group tour.
  • An authorized English speaking Tour leader who will be with the group for the whole length of the tour.
  • When required, the full cost of the guest’s accommodation in a 3 or 4 Stars Hotel with breakfast and city tax included.
  • The cost of meals in local restaurants/trattorias.
  • All museum and attraction tickets, as well as any additional fees for booking in advance in order to avoid queues on the day of the service.

  • In case of cancellation on behalf of the customer, once the customer paid the deposit for any reason even force majeure, before departure the customer will be charged the following percentage of the participating shares, calculated taking into consideration how many days before departure the client has notified the cancellation. This functions as a penalty fee independent from the deposit. From the day following the booking until:
  • * 30 days pre-departure 30%
  • * 29-0 days pre-departure 100%
  • In case of the cancellation by Great Italy Tour, which can take place no later than 30 Days before the starting date of the package. The Great Italy Tour will return the amount paid by the customer via PayPal (in this case the PayPal fees for the refund will be paid by the Great Italy Tour).
