Our Bocelli Countryside Escape Shore Excursion will chauffeur you into the heart of Tuscany as you travel through the hills of the Tuscan countryside to your first stop, the medieval town of Volterra, a beautiful town known for its alabaster crafts and ancient Roman amphitheater. Discover Lajatico, the hometown of Maestro Bocelli and admire the Teatro del Silenzio, the outdoor venue were he performs his annual concert each year nestled between the Tuscan hills. Afterwards you’ll visit the Bocelli Family vineyards and learn about the process of winemaking and continue on to the Bocelli Restaurant where you will meet members of the Bocelli Family for a private Bocelli wine tasting as they explain in detail the family history ande the stories behind the delicious wines you will be tasting. Admire the lifetime achievements of the Maestro as you stroll around the new museum on the first floor of the restaurant dedicated to the Maestro. Complete the perfect countryside day with a stroll through Pisa and the Miracle Square to admire the Leaning Tower before being chauffeured back to your cruise ship.
